BACKGROUND
Danish Aerospace Company (DAC) has since 1993 provided a version of our cycle ergometer, original developed for an ESA Science mission, to NASA also.

LAUNCH HISTORY
From 1993 and until the end of the Space Shuttle program in 2011 DAC ergometers have been flown as standard exercise equipment on every one of the American Space Shuttles. Ergometers were also flown on the Russian Space Station Mir.
Sixteen bicycle ergometers of a design based on the development of the Anthrorack ergometer have been built to full NASA flight standard, purchased by NASA for use in various SpaceLab missions and in the Space Shuttle program.
