Danish Aerospace Company - North America is proud to have won the NASA iTech "Ignite the Night" event in Houston and to have been selected to be among the top 25 semifinalists in NASA iTech's Cycle III, Rethink Terrestrial Technologies for Space!
iTech is an initiative by NASA’s Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) and aims to find innovative ideas that have the potential to overcome critical technology hurdles facing future exploration of the Moon and Mars, even though many were originally meant to solve important problems here on Earth.
We're excited to see our water processing technology find dual uses for disaster applications and as a survival kit on the ground in resource constrained conditions as well as in space for providing a clean source of recycled water for astronauts.
NASA iTech Semifinalists Rethink Terrestrial Technologies for Space
Artificial intelligence, nanotechnology and 3D printing are just a few of the technology threads pitched during the third cycle of the NASA iTech competition. With an eye on how these promising ideas could benefit space exploration, NASA has selected 25 competition semifinalists.
